I have an Honda accord with 167K miles. It will driv e find for over thousand miles, lately though I can be driving at 55 mph and the engine will die. After stopping, trying to get it started again is difficult. We have just had the new fuel relay put it. Also it has a new fuel pump, filter as well. The mechanics of course cannot duplicated the problem even when doing diagnostics on it.I think its got to be in the starter or ignition. Need help. Thanks LZ

Hi lmzude,

It can't be from the starter.

When the engine stalled, did you check for sparks from the coil?

Was meter cluster lights (charge, oil) illuminating at that time?

When trying to start, did the engine try to fire up and then die off or just nothing?
