While driving (no matter what speed), my RPMs will drop to 0, then the car dies, it will start back up (sometimes it takes a few min of cranking). I have preplaced: Fuel Filter, Catylitic Converter. I appears to happen when its warm/hot outside.

Hi kstrohpaul,

Problem seems to be either the PGM-FI main relay or ignition switch.

Remove the PGM-FI main relay and check for cracked solders at joints on the circuit board. Resoldering usually works.

HELP! I have re-soldered the main relay, I have replaced the ignition switch (NOT the part that the key goes into). I am still having the same issue. Driving along, RPM's drop to zero, car dies, hard to restart, but will eventually start. Seems to happen more when its hot out (my ac does not work). Main relay seems to be working, when I turn the key to different positions, I here three clicks.

Check if fuel pressure is available when engine stalled. Test if the fuel pump is working then.
