Our D4 light on the dash board flashes while driving. Transmission slips on occassion. Will not always engage into park or reverse on first try. Speedometer works on and off and car seems to run fine when it is not working, but transmission slips when it does try to work. Already replaced speed sensor that youc an get to from passenger wheel well trying to rectify the speedometer problem. What is the next step?

Hi imbrina,

Retrieve the DTC of the flashing D4 light and see what is causing it.

The speedometer not working is most probably due to a bad speed sensor, did you replace with a new or used part?

The transmission slipping could be due to internal pressure leakages and a test is required to find out.
