1995 Honda Accord how to repair

I have 1995 honda accord sw that the dashboard lights do not work when turn on the car Electric windows do not work I replaced blown fuse did not help The car also you cannot get it out of park until you put the key in the shift lock release and put it in neutral then start the car the dirve shift position light do not work either before all this happened the d4 light was blinking manual says transmission issue Would this cause also the dash lights and window?

Hi neeners51,

You have a few problems and they are not related.

Unable to shift from park to neutral is due to the brake lights not working or interlock system fault. Check for a faulty brake switch or blown fuse.

Power windows are controlled by fuses under the hood. Check if there is power supply to door master switch.

Dash lights not working could be due to blown fuse, are the taillights working? It could be the dash light dimmer control unit fault if the taillioghts are working.

D4 Check light means something is wrong with the trans sensors, is the speedometer working? Check for broken sensor wires at trans.
