1995 Honda Accord Big Problems

Hello, HELP. 2 days ago a cover underneath my exhaust came lose and got bent up and I removed it. But, then when I started the car up after that it would not shift out of park, it will if I put key in the shift release, it will not hardly go in Drive, and my headlights flicker (Hi & lo beams) And IT BOGGS down BAD. Will not barely go! Will go in 2 gear.? What could it Be? Oyxgen sensors? Help me please

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
