1995 Honda Accord

Vapor or fog coming out of vents when AC is on. And a noise coming from the passenger side dash. Thought at first that was a belt noise. But the noise continues after veh is turned off.
What could this be?

Hi there,

you may have some foreign debris caught in the fan blades, you will have to get the fan motor removed to check this and the fan bearings/bushes, the fog is usually excess moisture trapped in the evaporator box, have the a/C drain tube checked, start here.
