When driving the car from a stop it changes gears kinda rough, also when the car gets to about 57 mph the engine reves up like its ready to change gear but
nothing happens and so it never fully gets to 60 mph.
Also it kinda pops sometimes and looses speed when changing from 1st to 2nd gear, when I ease if the gas and then get on the gas again the poping goes away.
also when I make a right turn or sometimes when im going straight, there is a grindingsound and it seems to be coming from the back tires or at least one of them.

Hi first time,

Thank you for the donation.

Symptoms seems to indicate a fault with the engine and trans.

Popping likely to be caused by misfiring and I would suggest checking the spark plugs, cables, distributor cap and rotor.

Harsh shifting and slipping could be due to trans internal fault Check the trans fluid level and condition first. If any repairs had been carried ut, check the throttle pressure cable adjustment for trans. Trans pressure lever should start to move in tandem with the throttle plate. If the cable is too short, harsh shifting would occur.

Get the engine misfiring problem solved first. Engine performance can affect trasn shifting.

Noise are never easy to diagnose and you should start6 with visual inspection of suspected areas. Look out for abrasions, out of place items, such as exhaust tail pipes.
