1994 Honda Accord lack of power

Every time I shift from 1st gear to 2nd gear, it seem like the car have lack of power. Its like the car pull back when I shift to 2nd gear from 1st. I recently done a tune up and replace the fuel filter and oil change. Can anyone have any suggestion on this? Thank you.

Ensure that there are no pending or trouble codes in the ECU.

Ensure that ignition timing is properly set and that fuel pressure is reading properly with full vacuum and no vacuum.

If that checks out, it may be a sensor that is out of range. It may be the ECT, MAP, etc.
