1994 Honda Accord 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual 250k miles

I have a 1994 Accord Ex. I recently had a problem where I had very little power at low RPM at 2500-3000rpm the power increased. At low RPM the car would just not go. The fuel filter, EGR valve, distributor + cap have been replaced timing is set, new plugs, cold air intake filter is fine, catalytic converter is clean, new muffler. Fuel pressers are good from pump to each injector. Car is not throwing any codes. The car went from 30mpg to 15mpg. Any ideas?

Did you check the Throttle Position Sensor? Did you check the catalytic converter for clogging?

I did not the Throttle Position Sensor, however I checked the converter and it was clean. Thank you for the info.
