SOMEONE SAID MY MIL, AND ICM WHAT ARE THOSE? AND I REPLACED THE COIL NO SPARK

MIL = Malfunction Indicator Lamp ( Check Engine Light)

ICM = Ignition Control Mocule, the brain of the distributor.

Is the distributor rotor turning when engine is cranked?

AFTER FOLLOWING THE STEPS OF NO SPARK, NOT TIMING BELT, NOT FUEL PUMP, PULLED DISTRIBUTOR AND IT WAS TOAST, REPLACED WITH NEW ONE AND GOT FIRE IN THE COIL
