Check the fuel pressure make sure its within specs then comeback this is where we start

PRESSURE 39 LB. MAIN RELAY CHECKS O.K. WILL BRING PUMP IN RUN FOR 2 SECONDS BUT WILL NOT MANTAIN PUMP. PUMP WILL RUN WHEN JUMPER IS CONNECTED BETWEEN
BLK/YEL WIRE 5 AND YEL WIRE 7 AT MAIN RELAY
