1990 Honda Accord Vibration in steering wheel at speeds abo

I have a problem with vibration in my steering wheel at speeds above 50 mph. I have done numerous wheel balancing and even alignment but none of it seems to solve it. Is there any other thing that could cause and/or resolve the issue.

Are your wheels aftermarket? If so, it is possible that they are not hub-centric. If they are not hub-centric, they may not mount squarely with the hub, thus causing a slight hop.

Try another set of wheels and tires and see if the problem persists (make sure those are balanced well also).
