1990 Honda Accord Radiator

I have a 1990 Honda Accord LX. It is a 4 cyl 2.2L standard. Recently my wife was driving it and the radiator started steaming. There was not any change in the thermostat indicatiing overheating. Could this be a leak in a seam of the radiator or possibly a hose?

Hi there,

This could be a leaking tank seal or a faulty core or a hose, get the system pressure tested to see if and where any leak is. Best to check ASAP as the coolant loss from your engine will cause some expensive repairs if not found.
