Is there any noises? That is a strange thing to happen. Is this a self repair or a shop?

Self repair. Noise until its fully down I can see the the strut coming down when the wheel is being turned. When I try to drive it goes fully up to the point controlling the wheel is not an option.

You said you put the car on jack to do the wheel bearing and this happened from doing that? If so what exactly did you do besides Jack the car up? I am flying blind here, I do not know anything that was done without you telling me.

No, unless you had air bags it would not maybe you broke something with the jack when you jacked the car up. You are going to have to jack the car back up and move the wheel around and see where it is loose and what you can see. That is what I would do if I was there with the car.
