I have not driven this car for awhile due to bad hub bearing. Once I had bought the parts and drove cold it ran fine, but once it started to reach normal temperature and I came to a stop it'll sputter. If I throw it on neutral and rev it it'll stop sputtering and drive normal. Only to repeat itself at every stop, only when I rev it at high rpm's will it stop sputtering. It doesn't sputter when I drive only when stopped. So I parked it for awhile due to bad flex pipe really haven't had the money to fix it. Sat for a few months and I just recently started and it started with a really bad sputter left it for 5 minutes and the sputter went away without me revving it. Haven't driven it though to see if the sputter continues at each stop. Which I am 90% sure it will. What can this problem be? I looked everywhere but to no avail.

This sounds like a fuel pressure issue. So we need to eliminate that first. Here are the specs and process to test that. Let me know what you find and we can go from there.

Sorry for delay. I had my car for over 6 years never a check engine but it popped up it was misfiring cylinder 1, 2 and 3. Since then I replaced distributor cap, rotor and wires the misfires went away and brought up a new code p1300 manufacture control never have I heard of this.

Stoked to say I have resolved the p1300 code faulty ignition coil as the aftermarket 1 was garbage if I have seen it was made in China never would've bought that garbage. Put the OEM 1 back code gone put my car on the scanner fuel system is great my only problem was the original question which I believe was bad spark plug wires. Changed those car idles beautiful. Also noticed oil in plugs which is valve cover. Which I believe damaged my plugs to make my car sputter on stops but not under load. Also the spark plug which was drenched in oil was gone compared to 2 3 and 4 can't really tell if this resolved my original problem as I have to drive my car in order to tell. But as soon as I do I will post here so nobody has to go through the frustration I went through to determine the problem. Thanks in advance for answering my question. This page is the best. I will definitely comeback if I have any other issues.
