Drivers side blows cold air, no hot air. Passengers side seams to be alright. Looking for the actuator that controls the heat on the drivers side.

Good morning.

It is under the left side of the dash. Remove the cover under the dash by your knees and it is above the fuel pedal.

1. Remove the left side sound insulator. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement See: Dashboard / Instrument Panel > Procedures.
2. Remove the aspirator muffler.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the driver air mix actuator.
4. Remove the driver air mix actuator retaining screws (1).

Thanks. That is the one that but was not sure. However that was the one I changed with no change. Is there any special setup or installation procedures to fallow, or any special testing on the original actuator and the new part?

When you command heat and cold, can you hear or feel the motor work?

If you have a scan tool that can access the AC system, you can work it with the scan tool to see if it works and also see if it is sending voltage to the actuator.
