Air flow problem

Airflow only coming out of defrost area. Was working fine until I was tightening a loose ground connection from battery to engine. Sparks flew, didn't take positive post loose(duH). After that was when the problem started.I think it must be a fuse but owner's manuel doesn't list one.

Check yoru actuators on the heater, that controls direction. There are two of them i'll send a generic pic along. The are eitehr electric or vacuum operated, they can be stuck or not working at all

How are the vents controlled. It must be elect. Since this only started after what I stated in my original quest.

Three fuses in junction block in car a test light cancheck them without pullling them out.
