Took my car to a Goodyear service, but same problem. Next took my car to a Buick service center was took my e center because the fan stopped blowing (heat, defrost, vent) they replaced the fan control head was bad. So I had the control head replaced and still have the problem - fan will not blow? If is not the fan or control head where do I go from?

Good afternoon,

Please do not use caps. It makes me think you are yelling at me.

I attached a wire diagram for you to view.

Can you get a test light or voltmeter to check some voltages?

Okay first, let them do the diagnostic and tell you what is wrong. Then if they do the repair and it does not work, you are not responsible for the repair, they are from improper diagnostics.

They need to check the blower resistor for voltage, the blower relay for proper operation and the related wiring.

You have installed 2 parts with no success. Let us see what they say when you present it to them.

Let me know what they say before you give them approval.
