Winter the heat would not always be hot. If I played with the temperature knob sometimes I would get it hot. I got a new blender door actuator and replaced it. The box said it needed to be calibrated. I can't find a procedure. Car listed above is an EX.

Good morning,

This could be the air mix door actuator. This is a common failure for this issue.

I attached the picture and the procedure for you to replace it. You can get the actuator at any parts store.

The box said it needed calibration. I would imagine it needs to learn limits from one direction to the other. I see videos for other brand cars but none for Honda.

Box? What box?

That is because there is no calibration for the Honda actuators. They are plug and play.

I would remove the actuator and move the door manually and see if you get heat and cold.
