The heater stopped working all together the other day. It would not blow any air out at all (hot or cold). A couple days later, a knocking noise started happening if we tried to turn it on. We realized that if we turned the heat setting up to 12 (the highest) the heat would start blowing after a few second of clicking. Once it starts, you can turn the setting down a little and it will continue to work. If we don’t turn it all the way up, it just continually knocks and will never turn on at all. Knocking stops if heat is turned off.

Good afternoon,

Can you upload a video of the noise for me to hear? I need to hear what you hear.

Of course when I went to record it, it’s not doing it. Now the noise is gone, and it won’t blow any air at all even when turned all the way up. No hot or cold air at all. The best way I can describe it is a thump or knock coming from what sounds like the dash on the passenger side.

Okay, I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. Check the fuses I circled for power on both sides. This is not a visual test, it is a voltage test
