Hi, I lost my owner's manual to check this.
May be a stupid question.
What is the function of the 4 settings?
I think I have a parasitic drain on battery.
I have a new battery and I fully charge but it will be drained in 2 days.
I understand that I can pull the negative battery cable then put a multimeter set at DC milliamps and if I get from 20 to 50 milliamps that's okay but anything above 50 there's a definite high drain?
Thanks for all your help!

Hi,

Based on the switch you have, from left to right the settings are:

1) Automatic
2) Off
3) Parking lamps
4) Headlamps
5) For Lamps/which requires you to press the toggle switch
6) Interior/cluster dimmer switch.

Is that what you needed?

Let me know. Also, take a look through this link that describes how to locate a parasitic draw.

Let me know if this helps or if there is anything I can do to help.

Take care,

Joe

Yes, that helps! I thought the first position from the left was for fog lights?
Thanks for this!

Hi,

You are very welcome. The fog lights turn on by pressing the headlamp switch. Nothing is ever simple anymore. LOL They had to throw a push button in there, too.

If you need help or have other questions, let me know.

Take care,

Joe
