I bought this van and the blinkers were not working when I bought it. None of the blinkers work at all. I've checked all the bulbs and all the fuses. They are all good. I've changed the multi-function turn signal switch. And still nothing. No blinking lights, no solid lights, no nothing. No indicator lights up on the dash, blinking or solid. However, when I turn on the hazards the front two blinkers and the back passenger will light up and blink. Nothing on back driver side. On the inside when hazards are on the right side blinker arrow will light up and blink but once again nothing on the driver side. No solid or blinking arrow. I'm at my wits end on what to do. Anyone have any ideas?

Good morning,

I attached a wiring diagram. The DRL module and the body control module are in this system and need to be checked.

You need a scan tool to view the commands when you turn on the signals.

Do you have a scan tool that can read these systems?

I hooked up an obd II to my van and tried it but no codes came up. I don't know if it is because there is no check engine light on or what. Someone told me that it appears that the left light for turn signal inside on dash obviously appears to be blown and this could be why the turn signals don't work. And then I had someone tell me this doesn't matter they should still work. I've also had someone tell me my relay is bad. But my relay is a combination for the hazards and the blinkers. But if the relay is bad than the hazards should not be working then either correct?

That is correct.

You need a real scan tool, not a code reader. There will be no codes for this system as codes are for fuel controls.
