Hello, my car with the above description has one problem; when I try to start it, it takes 3-5 seconds to start. But when I switch it off and start it again, it takes only 1 second to start. Now please help! What is the problem with my car?

When the engine begins to run for about 3 minutes and I switch it off, then I wait for about 5 minutes, when I start again, it will take 3-5 minutes to start again. Please what could be the problem?

More than likely this is the fuel pump. When these begin to fail they don't prime the system quickly and when you cycle the key it allows the pump to prime the pump again.

Let's check the fuel pressure when this is acting up and that will confirm it.

Can you get a video of this when it take 3-5 seconds to start? Also, did this just start or did you just buy this vehicle? We should still get the fuel pressure even though you replaced the pump already. Clearly if the pressure is lower when this is happening then there may be a leak in the system causing the pressure to bleed down.
