After transmission heats up I get hard shifting all gears. While cold it shifts normal. Fluid is good level clear and clean. I did notice when this started to happen the transmission temperature was higher than before but still under 200.

When is the last time you serviced the transmission? I know you said the fluid is ok but the main thing that would cause this issue is a fluid issue. Clearly the transmission gets warm and so do all the components inside of it but the only thing that really functions differently when warm is the fluid as it gets thinner. So I would suggest to do a transmission service and then retest it. Clearly this may not solve the issue but it is much cheaper then the most likely next step which is to go in the transmission looking for a cut seal.

Also, we should check for codes just to make sure there are not any there.

Let us know what happens with this and we can go from there. Thanks
