Head gasket instructions please?

Their is a substance in the cooling system looks like peanut butter maybe oil in with coolant. Plus I am replacing the radiator obviously need to flush the system out any tips on any of this?

You are correct that this is most likely a head gasket. Here is a guide that will help confirm this:

Once we know that this is the head gasket we will need to replace them. Here are some guides that will provide more info that you will need to flush the system after the gaskets are replaced:
