So my vehicle listed above has a fuel pump that when bench tested it works fine put it into the rig and no fuel pressure at all. I have come to the conclusion that it's the ground. Making the circuit incomplete. Is there a wiring diagram out there that shows the location of all the ground straps?

I don't have an exact location of this ground. Meaning a picture of the location but it is going to be back by the tank and it is labeled "right side of left frame rail." So I would just follow the frame rail from the rear and I am sure you will see it. However, worse case, you can find the wiring that goes to the top of the tank and following the wiring and that will lead you to it.

Let us know if you have questions and we can go from there. Thanks
