So every once in a while when I give it more than 50% throttle, it makes this weird grinding noise, and it wont actually accelerate like its supposed to. Its not from the transmission, sounds like it could be near the distributor? Anyone help me out?

Is there any way to check for that for sure? Without pulling it all apart.

Okay, and also, when I put it in gear, and go to accelerate it kinda bogs before it actually goes. Does that mean intake gasket? Cause thats what I been told.
