Grinding noise

Does the grinding noise happen all the time and get worse when you press the brakes? If so this is the brake pad that is worn and needs replaced.

I also attached below the process from the manual on how to replace the pads. if this is the issue then you will need to replace the rotors as well.

Lastly can you get a video of the noise which will help us figure this out?
