Is the click coming from the starter?

Did you check the actual voltage at the battery?

Ok what is the actual voltage of the battery? You need a voltmeter to test this.

K, you just stated it just clicked? You said it cranked over a while back but the battery went down. Does it still do it when you jump it?

You will need to go to the relay and do some voltage checks.

Ok, there should be 2 terminals with voltage. One of the others is grounded by the ecm. That is the control side. When the relay engages, it will power the last wire that goes to the solenoid.

You tested it wrong. You put the ground on the test light to the negative side and test voltage at the relay.

It still sounds like you have a bad battery.

Check all your fuses with the test light as well. Power to the relay comes from the fuse block on one terminal as listed in the diagram I sent you. The other power is from the ignition switch in the start position.
