I changed the fluid and strainer still same thing

Transmission will not shift into reverse

Then have a trans gu look at it your torque converter clutch may have gone out or a clutch pak/seal

If a seal goes out it won't slip because it won't engage have a trans guy look at it or continue to drive it like it is. 300,000 miles something is going to go wrong with it.
