I have a rubbing/grinding noise coming from somewhere near my lower control arm. I just put new rim and tires on, and a new sway bar link. But the issue persists, it only comes from the passenger side front tire/wheel well. Do you know what this could be from?

I need you to check a couple things. First, make sure the brake pads are good and the sensor isn't touching. Next, check the backing plate behind the rotor to make sure it isn't rusted or bent and rubbing against the rotor (common problem).

Next, is there anything you do that changes the sound? If you make a turn, does it get louder or go away? If so, let me know the details.
