Door locks

I have a 2000 GMC Sierra SLT mileage:110.000 engine: 5300. The passenge's door lock only locks. It doesn´t matter If I try to unlock it from the passenger's side or the driver's side it always locks. It was working properly before. I replaced the door lock actuator but it keeps locking when I unlock it. If I lock it, it works. Unlocking is what doesn´t work.
Before, when I used to take the key out, both doors unlocked, but now I noticed that when I take the key out, nothing happens. Waht could be the problem?

There should be a switch that controls so the passenger can not open the door. Check the switch and the connections

The problem is that the driver cannot unlock the door either. There´s no way to unlock the door if it´s not made manually, which is no big deal, but I want to know what is wrong to fix it, beacause it was working properly before.
