I have a 1998 gmc sierra that will not start when it is cold. When I finally get it to start it runs great. If you shut it off after running it starts up great, but if you let it sit and gets cold it takes a while to start again. When its cold you have to use carb cleaner to start it. I tested fuel psi and its at 55. I've changed the throttle positioning sensor. I don't know what else it could be, please help.
