1996 GMC Sierra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 180k miles

I have a 1996 GMC Sierra that started out starting hard then wouldnt start at all. I can spray ether into it and then its a hard start. I have 50-55 pounds of pressure, the fuel pump is good. Could this be the regulator?

Supposed to be 60 - 66 bs. Could be leaking pressure down from a blown reg. Need to remove the upper intake to see if there is a clean spot under th ereg
