Welcome to the forum, I need more info, when it stalls and refuses to restart, do you have spark at the plugs, use a gage and check fuel pressure. Any codes? Sometimes the coolant temp sensor can cause issues? Right now, I can't be sure.

You still need to check fuel pressure, I've seen injector spray patterns that looked good to me, but, the pressure was half of what it should have been. The problem may not be fuel, but, using a gage is the quickest way I know, to rule it out.

If your obd1 compliant, check trouble codes. 12 pin data link connector?

You turn key to on, no crank, place jumper wire between A & B terminals, the check engine lite starts flashing, you count flashes to get codes.
