1995 GMC Sierra What is fuel pressure

I need to know what fuel pressure the gage should be at for this truck. It says 9-13 while running Is this right? Thanks so much for your help.

What do you have TBI or MPFI system? If it looks like a carb-its TBI and the pressure is right on.
