I am having major isses with my truck, it all stems from a fuel issue, one day it started as usual, ran for about 20 sec's, then died. At that point, I turn the key to the on position, and heard no fuel pump noise. I assumed the the pump was toast, bought a new one, installed it. And still the same issuse, no pump noise. I have inspected all wiring, and grounds, they all seem to be fine. I started to play around for a new power sourse for the fuel pump. I got power to the pump, it hummed, at that point I had fuel to the in line at the TB, but nothing from the injectors, no pulse, not a drop. I replaced the module in the distributor, still, a no go ! I started to dig in deeper. What I have found, is at the fuse box, there is a 10 amp. Fuse, for the ECMB, now I have searched high and low, no info in my manual, and nothing in my Hanes book, I called the dealership. They have no clue, their shop manuals don't go that far back ( 1987 ) What I need to know is. What is ECMB, and where should I begin to look to rectify this problem. Seems there is nothing from the injectors. This is a 2.8 ltr. TBI 220

Thanks for the replies. Got it fixed, seems after replacing the 10 amp fuse, in the fuse box, labeled ECMB, and unplugin' oil pressure sending unit. It fired right up. No prob's since.
