2001 GMC Jimmy Rushing Water

When I am turning I hear the sound of water rushing in the back of my vehicle. I have checked to make sure I didn't leave a jug of water or something in the back. What could cause this noise?

Could it be gas swishign around in the gas tank?

Try filling up the tank and topping it off as much as you can. Does it go away?
