2000 GMC Jimmy engine starts and dies

Sometimes the engine starts and dies keeps doing it until you let it set for 15-20 min, it has a new fuel pump and I just replaced the fuel pump relay, is it possible the fuel pump pressure switch or oil pressure switch could be the problem. Once it starts it runs great and may go for a day or two or week before doing it again

Start and stall, might be issue with security system? Sounds intermittent. Also, use a gage and check fuel pressure, 60--66 psi. If you have the spider fuel system, sometimes the fuel poppets need cleaning.
