Engine cut off while stop on signal or round about with the gear on D

When I try to stop the car in signal or round about and keep the transmission in D the RPM change up&down then the engine cut off

Clean out the idle air control valve and see what happens- is that idiot light called CEL On?

I already clean clean the IAC VALVE but still same problem

Try cleaning out the EGR valve

The EGR already disconnect long time before, if the battery eye show black dot if I replace the battery can solve the problem
