2005 GMC Envoy surging

My vehicle surges while normal driving operations. So if I am going around 60mph I get to feel this annoying up and down acceleration, seems to be worse when my tank is about a 1/4 full. I have had it in the shop twice and had the computer flased as well as the throttle body changed out. Not sure where to go from here.

The first thing you want to do is check the fuel pressure here is a guide to help you see if you have a weak fuel pump which is normal on these cars. Good fuel pressure 55-62 psi.
