2005 GMC Envoy HVAC

My max setting on my HVAC (level 5) does not work on my '05 Envoy. Speeds 1-4 work fine but on 5 it just turns off. Does anyone know what would cause this? I checked the fuses and they all seem fine. Someone mentioned to me to check the relay but I did not see a relay pertaining to either the HVAC or the blower motor in the manual. Any help with this would be appreciated.

There is a technical service bullitin out for that. It entails replacing the blower motor resistor module AND it connector. #35 fuse ( in underhood box) needs to be pulled out first before changing. Resistor is in behind the right hush/closeout panel. (I'm not sure if that is the kick panel or under the glove box.)
