1999 GMC Envoy climate control is not working

My climate control has stopped working. There are two lights that fluctuate in the control panel area. One is the external air and the other is the cabin recycle air light. Only cool air blows and that is coming from the exterior is my guess. When it was last working, the a/c was on. There is no air speed and I can get no warm air through the vents. I have checked all of the various fuses and all appear good. The rear defrost is also in this panel and it too, does not work.

Welcome to technology. If the lights are flashing, you need to have the computer scanned to identify what is causing the problem. It would be a guessing game for me. The scan will identify a trouble code which in turn will identify where the problem is coming from.

I wish I had a better answer for you, but that is how it is today.
