1999 GMC Sierra, 206000 Miles, Dead, No Power

I turn the ignition and the truck will not turn over. Dome Light works intermitantly, but as soon as I turn the key all is dead. When I open the passanger door this morning a clicking noise came from under the dash.

You must start with a fully charged battery! Do that and check back in.

The battery is less than a year old. I found a loose connection at the ground strap to fire wall terminal. This seems to have taken care of the issue. Thank you for the response.
