1992 GMC C1500 Won't Start, Mechanics stumped.

I have spark and fuel (possible over fueling) The engine turns over tries to fire but won't catch. We changed plugs, wires, rotor/Cap, and ignition modual. We checked the timing and fuel pressure. It was running rough so changed plugs #6 was fouled, ran for 2 weeks (new plugs) and all are fouled and they look quite wet. Any ideas only wheels I got. Mechanics stumped.

What was the fuel pressure reading when you checked it? -Could be overpressurizing, injectors and fuel pressure regulator leaking and the computer itself
