1987 GMC C1500 truck won't start sometimes

1987 GMC C1500 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic lots miles

I am having problems with my truck starting sometimes. I put in the shop paid $500.00, next morning it will not start. On the repair order it says he did, diagnostic, replaced flywheel, 1 spark plug, elt. Sensor.
What else could be wrong?

Sometimes it will start right up other times not. It turns over good, has new battery.

Hi:
When you have the problem, you need to check fuel pressure and for spark.

Hi:
I had and am still having the same issue. Try replacing the ignition control module on the left side of the motor or check you distributor and see if it cracked. Mine was being held on by crud and replaced and it worked for about a month and then more problems. Let me know!
