My vehiicle will not start. The Starter and Solenoid switch have been tested and have passed as working. Dashboard and front lights are working, however, the lights in the back are not. Please help!

Does car turnover but not start, or does not turnover at all?

Assuming the battery has proper cranking amps, then I would suspect the park/neutral safety switch.

This prevents the car from being started in any gear.
