Gauge panel and warning chimes not working

After jumping off battery gauge panel and warning chimes quit working. I replaced short light fuse. No change.

When you jumped the battery was the leads reversed at anytime? Here is the wiring diagrams for the cluster please check the power and grounds and check for power at fuse #21 and #7:
