I was driving on freeway had filled my gas tank, oil all that. It just stopped running as I was going 79 mph down the freeway. No sound like a belt breaking nothing just shut off. It wants to start it just won't turn over. Lights everything work good. So my fuel gauge has never read right and I also discovered that if I fill it all the way it leaks in the trunk and drips from gas tank. It has a little leak. But it stops after I drive some gas out. It was squealing loud every time I started it and sometimes the check engine light would come on. If it was the timing belt it would have made noise when it shut off on the freeway. Hope this is enough information. Also I don't know the mileage but it's a lot. It's just an old get you from point A to point B car. But it can be fixed if it's not an expensive problem.
Thanks, Cheri

Hello,

It does sounds like the engine has lost timing, but I can tell for sure if you do a compression test or send me a video. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? that would be great. You can upload it here with your response.

Here are two guides to help us:

and

Please run down these guides and report back.
