Will not start and code P0191

Car ran fine turned it off next day tried to start didn't want to. If I hit the gas pedal it bogs down and wants to stall. I have replaced fuel filter, fuel pump, and fuel pressure regulator still nothing has fixed it and it's frustrating. I just might be overlooking something. Anyone thoughts greatly appreciated!
